I've spoken with Hal about this matter and we are not going to cancel his account. We do appreciate his helping us get the problem identified and solved, and I apologize for the harsh tone of my post. But, legalally, we are in a position where we are required by the exchanges and by our feed provider to enforce the one-user-per-account login to our servers, and cannot ignore a user's public admission without an appropriate response.

In hindsight, a warning would have been the appropriate response; I overreacted, and, again, I apologize to Hal and the group.
