anyone know if authorization exists to issue sufficient new shares to do a 2/1 or 3/2 split? i recall in 6/99 the authorization was increased and it was used as currency to buy NETG and ABACUS. so 6 months later i ask the question if a split can be authorized. at this price level i'm waiting for a split announcement before i get back in....
