Bryan, True democracies do not work. Many small New England towns true democracies in that the major issues are decided by the majority of the town's voters. Unfortunately, what happens is that the issues are often decided by which side does a better job of packing the meeting instead of the merits of the debate. Bottom line - the SI Community votes are likely to be decided by the side that does the best job of rounding up votes rather than the merits of reinstatement of an individual, IMHO.

Consistant enforcement of the Terms of Use is probably the simplest and best policy. Dick
