Hi RFH, Like Larry and others, I am boosting my cash reserve with the thought that I might be able to buy back shares at lower prices. The markets seem a bit giddy to me right now, and after 3 consecutive Vealies in one of my funds, I decided to push the 'sell' button, and build up cash reserve rather than extend risk.
