VG, I know them. Vacuum Generators. Kurt J. Lesker sells some of their stuff. I never bought from them cuz they were kinda pricey and we were kinda cheap <g>. I thought they were a Brit company? Maybe Thermo Electron bought em, or maybe I'm just wrong. This is tortuous: VG Semicon --> TOC's Mat Sci Division --> TOC --> Thermo Instrument Systems Inc. --> Thermo Electron Whew! <g> Oh, and Will L., congrats on PANL today! JF
