SFU.V here's one I've owned, in, out, back in again since it was Roper Resources on the ASE.
I got excited about it, and went long when the "RTO" as Safe Environment came about, right after I got a look at, and played with, the Life-Line unit when Richard Watson (Pres) brought the first unit back to Canada. I was sort of elected/volunteered by the thread to check it out as Rick's offices are just down the street from mine.
That deal is no more, SFU is "taking appropriate steps to assure repayment by the limited partnership of all loans, and cash advances..." etc.
Now I'm getting excited about SFU.V again, and so it appears, is the market.

This news perked me up last week, as did the price rise.

Got in touch with Richard, and spent a couple of hours with him this afternoon. LOL, Richard sort of reinvented, and patented a very clever, (ingenious?), yet simple and inexpensive little "gizmo" (a preset, cast in place concrete anchor), the original patent shows he basically patented a nut and bolt assembly :-)).
Now add in De Freitas Plastics, just across the river from my offices, and presto there is now, an even better, and less expensive "gizmo", and a product development agreement. This gizmo IMO is a huge improvement over what is out there now. Plus, there is a world wide market for it, both retail, and direct to the construction industry. Hmmm, and methinks, some fine margins.
Check the patent out. I believe there will be a new drawing coming, showing the latest innovation.

A good friend, one many of you are familiar with, met up with us at my office, and we all paid a visit to De Freitas Plastics. My first tour of a plastics "plant". Wow, neat machines, neat products, and even more "inventions" and innovations. "Better mousetraps" all over the place. They just need $$, development, and marketing.
