Novice VAR CEO Dick Levy will be deposed on Dec 15 in the ever-growing Varian, Felch, Zdasiuk SLAPP against free speech on the internet. His testimony will be filed under seal in keeping with Varian's drive to suppress the truth. The trial is set for Feb 14, 2000 in Federal Court and predictions are that the ALL the truth will be heard then. Varian is represented by SLAPP attorneys Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe who employee attorneys who repeatedly misstate sworn testimony and produce videotape 'evidence' with two conflicting non-sequential date stamps. Oh look, Jane, see Dick run!
