And a cable modem with an integral phone offering is new to you? As to competition to OPL - yes it is but nobody ever expected to sell OPL services to people with the cable modems to begin with. As to competition to BT/VW/VWII it isn't because those theoretical "phone lines" that some cable modems provide you with aren't capable of being used interactively with your company's PBX. This feature is not only one of the higher selling points of BT/VW/VWII but pretty much a necessity when deployed in a call center environment which, incidentally, is where some of the largest interest has been coming from.
