Nothing wrong with stops when you're sitting on a big gain. I've heard of a couple risks but I've never had a problem with them personally. Risk #1) During a big tank with no buyers you can sell substantially below the stop. Risk 2#) The big guys can manipulate the price down to hit the stops and buy a stock they want cheaper. (Blowing out the stops) JF
