Altris Software to Deliver DocDepo.com

medium-sized business and Altris Software Inc. (OTCBB:ALTS - news), a leading provider of

entered into a partnership to host eB(TM) and deliver DocDepo.com, Altris' new
Internet-based, business-to-business electronic document management portal for e-commerce.
Altris' eB(TM) technology is an enterprise class, server-based electronic document management
system providing sophisticated document acquisition, management, integration and distribution
of both office and complex technical documents across an entire enterprise. Installed in some of
