Hi Kevin, In general I've been selling stocks and buying bond funds and other high income devices like REITs for about two months. In recent weeks there's been some further buying in some of my 1999 weak stocks that are under tax selling pressure, but other than that most of my stocks have been in the "sell" mode for some time.

My motto is "Buy from the Scared and Sell to the Greedy!" and recently there's been plenty of greed in the market. I've not updated the Idiot Wave for this week, but the data looks like the Speculation component is heading up up up again. I don't remember the exact numbers, but do remember that fully half of the Best Performers list in Value Line were up 100% in just the last 13 weeks. That looks a bit over-cooked to me.

Best regards, Tom
