Bill; This lawsuit against the Truthseeker.com, is completely frivolous on several levels. #1 Absence of malice. It will be virtually impossible to prove malice on the part of The Truthseeker.com towards IRG. #2 Reasonable Man Test - the evidence posted to this board by the Truthseeker, including Internic records showing an address for IRG in Vancouver, including a DVNT press release with a Canadian IR contact number, and the Palm Beach Post interview where Bobby G ADMITS to being the founder, is enough to convince a reasonable man that The Truthseeker's claims are true. #3 Truth Defense - The easiest and best defense is the fact that The Truthseeker has evidence to show what he says is true. And, he has already shared it with you, and the world, on this board. Buyer Beware!
