MCK's Latest Product Takes Home CTI(TM) EXPO's "Best of Show" Award
NEWTON, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 22, 1999-- MCK Communications, Inc.(NASDAQ:MCKC - news), a leading provider of remote access products that enable corporations to extend their voice systems and applications to branch offices and telecommuters over voice and data networks, today announced that its EXTender 4000 has been awarded a CTI EXPO (soon to be known as COMMUNICATIONS SOLUTIONS EXPO) Fall 1999 ''Best of Show'' award.

Ideally suited to teleworkers and remote call center agents, the MCK EXTender 4000 is a compact plug-and-play device that attaches to the remote worker's digital business telephone and desktop PC. It can be plugged directly into a 10BaseT Ethernet port on a LAN or an IP network device, such as a router, DSL modem or cable modem, for remote access applications.
