Hi Reid, I am still holding TEC in my portfolio and I consider this stock a value play. I am very happy to see the recovery of the stock price. I own it because I believe it will get proper valuation sooner or later, instead of betting on take over. It will be a welcome surprise if it happens to this stock. It is about time. Btw, I remember each TEC share will get a share of something if a party own more than 20%(?) of this company. We supposed to know what the share is about in last Dec. Did TEC announce it yet? If not, I will agree with you that something is afoot. Sincerely, Wade
