Little Jimmy gets a brand new red wagon for Christmas. So with his two year old Dalmation he ties his dog up to his wagon and off they go. A passerby stops the little Jimmy and say's "You know, there is a way to make your wagon go faster" "How" says Jimmy "Well, untie the rope from his balls and tie it around his neck" says the stranger. Little Jimmy replies "Well if i did that then I wouldn't have a siren".
