Hi Samuel, Although I'm clueless re processing procedures subsequent to the LOI (among a # of other other things in life), the word from ICC is that GOAE's acquisition of Orion2000 should be completed by the end of this week or early next week. I assume (& that is dangerous) that the road show has been planned to coincide with the acquisition. Although I'm sure that "it ain't over til it's over", sounds like all is going according to plan thus far. The stage is set. I hope the play is as good as the publicity.
