This reminded me of another one;

Miss Jones, the Grade 5 teacher invited a WWII ace to tell her Social Studies class about his war experiences.

As the Ace was in the middle of describing a dogfight, he exclaimed, "There were fokkers to the left of us, fokkers to the right of us. In fact there were fokkers all around us."

Little Johnny started snickering in the back of the class.

Miss Jones, interrupted to tell Little Johnny that the Fokker was a German Plane used during the world war.
To which the ace replied, "Yes Miss Jones that is correct. But these fokkers were flying Messerschmidts."
