ECMers might want to check out the component side with the power supply company ATSN. Just released earnings and had CC. Stock is a great deal in my opinion. Here is my take:

I am loading up. CC showed future growth plans and business. Near term some transition problems in inventory and business design and development expenses and then accelerated growth. Market is very short sighted IMO. Instead of buying a business and paying 3-4 times revenues, ATSN is developing it much cheaper internally. But they expense this development whereas if they bought they would capitalize it, take non-recurring charges and amortize the good will. So they get penalized when they should be rewarded for making the right decisions. Sure it takes longer to grow but much more solid then overpaying. This is a great chance to get the power supply leader with the leading customer base that is going to grown its wireless and networking business at a forecast 30% plus in the next few years. What a gift.
