Dear Stephen: No, I think it must be bigger then that. Possibly the market feels there is so much bandwith coming on line that there must be massive rate cuts severely restricting profits. We are now down to about 20 times year 2,000 estimated earnings. That is much to low in this environment for what is supposed to be a premier telecommunications company. As I said earlier, if it reaches $40 I think I will take the gamble that this is not the case or if it is will not effect WCOM to that extent. JDN
