MOLLEYSUE, i'll take a shot at that,

but be forewarned, i have some emotional baggage attached to
this stock. I recommended it to some friends back in '97
after seeing VTPI's product at a trade show. I even hosted
a dinner at my restaurant for management, sales reps. and
a small handfull of investors. The chinese water torture
decline in '98 was painfull. The company had a few blunders
but i believed in the future of their product and decided to
put my shares "in a drawer". Sold my business, bought an RV
and traveled around the country for a year. But, i digress.

I come back to find an entirely different company. While they still maintain some videoconferencing exposure, the main focus of IVR is going to be very hot. IVOC has an
investment banker (NIR) that appears commited to getting
IVOC a NASD listing. Their IR firm (Integrity Capital) and
PR firm (Levin) are doing a good job getting the word out.
And, what's this, they are making money and expecting a
100% increase in this Q's revs. Pretty impressive client
list too. It is for these reasons that i feel comfortable
holding a core position. JMHO. By the way, i think you got
your massive profit taking today. Sorry for rambling.

Regards, danny
