Mr. David Houston reports
Airbomb.com has reached an agreement to sponsor U.S. junior
trials cycling champion Jeremy Von Schoonhoven of Williams,
Ore., and extreme trick rider Dan Cowan of North Vancouver,
B.C.
Mr. Von Schoonhoven is 17 and already regarded as one of the
top North American multidiscipline riders competing in over 75
events annually. Recently he placed third at the U.S. national '99
Invert event in Anaheim, Calif., netting an interview with Fox
television. Coming off the heels of a 1999 state championship in
trials, a top-10 national ranking in Cyclocross and a top-20 in U.S.
national cross-country, Mr. Von Schoonhoven is poised to
provide airbomb.com substantial podium presence in 2000.
Mr. Cowan is an internationally recognized extreme rider who has
been featured in over 20 videos. As well as organizing and running
the demonstration team Flow Riders, Mr. Cowan is a group leader
of the Shore Riders mountain bike club in North Vancouver,
which was started by world champion Alison Sydor and Canadian
pro rider Lesley Tomlinson. Mr. Cowan is one of the best-known
personalities in the world of extreme sports/cycling and
sponsoring him will provide tremendous exposure to the
airbomb.com name.
