OT: >>Last week, I had to shovel snow about 20" deep in some places after the snow blower stopped functioning. By the time that I was done, I was aching in parts of my body where I did not know I had any muscles!<<

Hi Tom, I like to use a technique that I call "aerobic snow shoveling". This involves using a long-handled, lightweight plastic shovel and rapidly shoveling small amounts of snow. The wetter the snow the smaller the shovel load. This minimizes muscle strain and maximizes the aerobic workout. It also helps to do stretching exercises beforehand.

It's amazing how heavy snow can be. Some years the snow here gets so deep that I have to shovel my roof. I once calculated the total weight of the snow on my small house and found it to be 16 tons!

Well, I gotta go back out now and finish shoveling...

P.S. I see the Gorilla crowd is finally taking a serious look at WIND. Might be a good buy this week if it fills that gap at 26, which is right around the 200-day ema.
