I just did some analysis of the ES0H chart and I see higher...another 20 to 40 points, then lower.

Scott, I sure hope that you are right about this -- but somehow, I don't see all the pieces having come together for a sustained rally. I am on a buy signal but I am not convinced as to the staying power of this rally given its disjointed nature. I would be surprised if this rally gets much above the 1430 level before we head down again -- to, perhaps, test the lows that we made yesterday.

I have told Fred in the past, the best rallies I have found is when all of the pieces are in synch -- that is not where we are at this point based on the system that I use.

What an amazing victory by McCain -- if he wins the nomination, I think that he could win the presidency. He is the kind of person who would appeal to the independent vote.
