Oh, I found out why B of A started with a strong buy: siliconinvestor.com The managing underwriters for the offering are CIBC World Markets, Prudential Volpe Technology Group, a unit of Prudential Securities, Banc of America Securities LLC, SoundView Technology Group, and Morgan Keegan & Company, Inc.
