Speaking of EMKR, if inverses are on topic <gg> siliconinvestor.com They are achieving ~25% solar cell efficiencies. If I can remember back through the fog of time that's dang close to maximum theoretical efficiency (for a single junction cell anyway). I guess they must cost a fortune to make. unclewest - congrats on your CREE! I would guess you will have a few more upgrades in store. At least until all the underwriters have been heard from. Why I don't play these things, I don't know...... JF
