Again, viewing the facts presented objectively, one can only conclude that the SEC is investigating this matter (unless they're utter bufoons, which they're not), and/or TERN's management is reviewing the same trying "weasle" their way out this predicament with their lawyers (unless they're utter bufoons, which I don't think they are either).
No matter which way one's sees it, something is bound to "break" on this issue, & as an I investor in TERN shares, I would be greatly concerned. |
