The S&P topped on 12/31 and the Naz yesterday. Today the Dow is flat and most if not all the gain of the S&P is based on Naz stocks. Naz tries to catch up with yesterday's high. I don't believe it will, but if it does then it's an outside day on yesterday and very bullish. OTOH S&P is not even scratching yesterday's drop and NYSE is flat(!). I believe we're headed lower. ATG
