I know the feeling, last week when WEBM came out, it didn't show up on my screen until I switched servers.....bingo, there it was, out for almost two hours.....I called Investin, they wanted me to run a "ping" test.......told them where they could shove their "ping" test and hung up.....those guys went to the Clinton school of denial.
