A small group of traders have experienced severe software problems with TradeCast. Those getting their data feed by way of Investin.com have found many costly problems. There have been complaints of:

Stale quotes.
Lack of blotter automatic refreshes.
Conflicting data in two stock tables showing the same issue.
Selectnet Preferencing compramised when headers turned off.
Frozen stock windows.
Time and sales differing from ticker.

Bottom line is that if you have experienced any of these drawbacks, you most likely have had price slippage, either buying or selling, that you may not have been aware of.

A handfull of users have been swapping info in the last few weeks and have presented the discoveries to Investin.com and TradeCast. There has also been talks with S&P Comstock since they have been pointed to as perhaps the problem area.

If you suspect or have experienced any of these problems please contact me by Private Message. When we have been able to determine who is actually at fault, we will post the info publicly.

Supposedly over 4,000 traders use TradeCast. I need to know how many are having these problems.

Thanks for your help.

Shootie
