Nope. Well maybe a bit...in some respects......they added or changed servers......updated software......but didn't bother to fix or warn of little glitches like when adding a new stock window, you may choose the template that removes the headers...that prohibits selectnet preferencing the inside ask........maybe they think nobody cares if they try to get out of a short position over and over and over again till they realizes it ain't gonna work without paying more for the stock than what the inside ask is.......he said sarcastically. anyways... I got a legal beagle on it and he is thrilled with the aspect of taking a shot at them. He didn't even ask for a retainer after our 1st 2 hour meeting. I told Investin.com, the office out of which I trade, to have their E and O carrier contact me and/or my attorney...they have refused the request 2 times. They must believe they are above the law. Stay tuned......I'll keep the thread posted as to the out come. Shootie
