Hi Tom,
Interesting letter from Barry in Brazil.
Life is strange. I live in Toronto, but grew up in South America in a country north of Brazil. And yes, I did unwittingly wade into Piranha infested waters once. Maybe, that's why risk management makes good sense to me.
I had bought the Money Spinner here in Toronto sometime about 1980 as well, and Barry is right, that book is clear and concise and takes the AIM concept a few steps further than the AIM book.
Of course, with some of the changes that you have introduced (split safe, Vealie, etc.) and the tools available now, i.e., Newport and PCA, AIM investing has become much more sophisticated.
Maybe, Barry might be interested in joining us here on SI.
