Why is it always easier to hang on to losses and so nice to take profits?

Chisy:

It's hard for many of us to admit that our judgment was wrong when a stock doesn't do what it's supposed to do... So, we hang on with all kinds of justification... Once in a while we are vindicated... Many times we have dead or dwindling money... The longer you hold on to a "Going Nowhere" stock, the harder it is to let go... Just like the gambler that thinks the next roll of the dice will make everything better...

I recently bought MTLM on some positive technical and fundamental news... The stock didn't do what it was supposed to do so I sold and purchased more IFLO... The key is not to look back...
