market cap is now $2.3 B, nearly 1/4 of Seagate, at $10.2 B.

This is preposterous. A company with no real location, no real offices, no product, no sales, and a going-concern qualification from the auditor ... yet it has a market cap 1/4 as big as the market leader in storage.

42 M shares outoutstanding, at $54

CFMD is simply ... preposterous ...
