C3D, Inc. Changes Name to Constellation 3D, Inc. NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 14, 2000--C3D Inc. (OTC BB: CDDDE news) ("C3D" or the "Company") announced today that effective December 29, 1999, the Company changed its name to Constellation 3D, Inc. Effective January 18, 2000, as a result of recent NASD regulations, it is anticipated that C3D's trading symbol will change to "CFMDE". The Company further announced that the effective date for the three-for-one forward stock split declared on December 16, 1999 shall be January 18, 2000. In connection with the name change and stock split described above, each shareholder must surrender its existing stock certificate(s) to the Company's transfer agent. Upon surrender, the transfer agent will issue certificates reflecting the Company's new name. In addition, any shareholder of record on December 16, 1999, upon surrender of its existing certificate(s), shall receive a certificate which also gives effect to the three-for-one forward stock split. All stock certificates should be mailed to the Company's transfer agent, Interwest Transfer Company, at 1981 East Murray Holladay Road, Suite 100, Salt Lake City, Utah 84117. Finally, the Company announced the filing of Amendment No. 2 to its registration statement on Form 10 in response to comments of the Securities and Exchange Commission dated January 10, 2000.
