Hi Jim. I am not 100% sure on how to interpret the information in the following chart. I believe that the
info can be translated to buy/sell. Am I correct?

Large Blocks Small Blocks Combined
Up/Down Ratio 4.28/1 1.12/1 2.62/1
Up/Down Days 17/4 12/22 26/8
Up/Down Tick Ratio 2.53/1 1.04/1 1.11/1

The above data relates to YTD large blocks (10k+) for LH, a recent 13 day MA crossover.

Thank you Jim.

Sergio

PS On IFLO, I sold short term trading shares and will continue to hold core position. I was a little dissapointed
in the lack of any real new buying by institutions in the last quarter, but still optimistic about IFLO's fundamental developments. Technically, the stock will be a buy when $5
is crossed over. It's too bad that IFLO reports late in each reporting season, just in time to catch the market momentum die and profit taking come in.
