FOLSOM, La.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 10, 2000--Pacesetter Ostrich Farm, Inc. (OTCBB:POFM - news), Folsom, LA,
announced today that its name change to PrimeLink Systems, Inc., became effective with the Delaware Corporation Division
on February 2, 2000. In accordance with this name change, the Company received confirmation today from the OTCBB that
its new trading symbol will be PMLK effective Monday, February 14th, 2000.
The Company completed its initial public offering in December 1992, under the name Pacesetter Ostrich Farm, Inc. At that
time and through 1998 the Company was exclusively engaged in the production and sale of ostrich and ostrich products. In
October 1998, the Company completed the sale of substantially all of its ostrich assets and began operations exclusively in
telecommunications construction with an emphasis on placement of underground fiber optic systems. The Company believes
that the new name, PrimeLink Systems, Inc., will promote public recognition and will reflect the revised focus on
telecommunications construction with an emphasis on fiber optic systems.
