The Company completed its initial public offering in December 1992, under the name Pacesetter Ostrich Farm, Inc. At that time and through 1998 the Company was exclusively engaged in the production and sale of ostrich and ostrich products. In October 1998, the Company completed the sale of substantially all of its ostrich assets and began operations exclusively in telecommunications construction with an emphasis on placement of underground fiber optic systems.

Talk about a paradigm shift!!
