SFAD will have an announcement regards a JV around 10 March 2000. My hopeful thoughts are with a communications company (read their Nov and Feb NR's). They are fully reporting and cost about ten cents. Their O/S is around 700M. With a good JV with a business name, the stock will break it's last high. Best wishes:)
