I find that I've made most of my profits on stocks with pending good news. I daytrade those stock as it approaches the news date. Sometimes DD shows me that the stock has lots of growth ahead beyond the good news, it's then that I invest a principal amount that I'll hold long, and invest a daytrade amount to make my profits on the day, always taking my money out at the end of the day, to re-enter again the next.
Please post your stock picks, and include all the reasons why you think you know the news will be good. BTW, ten days is not written in stone, and neither is the $5. ceiling
