Talk about nuts. Taxes and spending are at a peacetime high but we can't cut tax rates with a surplus. But then again, we can't cut them when there's a deficit. Get the program? Cuts are never good.

The same goes on to claim that McCain is Reagan. Sure, he wants to be Reagan without Reaganism. McCain wants to reserve the revenue for government. Policy doesn't matter to McCain because it's all about him.
