Well, I'm not sure if it's great story, but, how about when Ronald Reagen's SECRETARY OF TREASURY was on leave of absence from being Chairman of the Board of Merrill Lynch......."how these outfits get started?" probably because SEC dosnt have adequate staffing for reasonable inforcement of activities.
