I think it's likely that the Low was at 11:15 Eastern.

Sometimes yes, sometimes no. Rallied briefly on Thursday then sold off after 1:30, getting within a point or two of the Lows near the end.

Sort of like a late up-move today though. DISCLAIMER: Not trading it however. Kinda busy. So I'm not putting my money where my keyboard is.
