Just saw this news flash on CNBC that the chief strategist for Lehman -- Applegate -- is increasing his allocation to growth stocks -- out of the old economy stocks -- because of the fed's inclination to raise rates.

What is Greenspan to do? He wants to get the market to be less exuberant and so he raises rates and all that happens is that the allocation models shift even more funds to growth stocks!
