I think that it is a given that rates will be raised in March and since AG said something to the effect that he believes in a gradualist approach the increase will be another 1/4 point. The market has probably a couple of increases factored in at this point.

I assume that you are not suggesting that rates will be raised in between meetings -- the equivalent of the October 98 move but in reverse!

JDSU was one of the stocks that Applegate recommended in that news flash and it is up about 10 points since then.
