Those March 35's closed at $3/4, down $1 15/16 but only down $1/4 where I scooped them up for. I'm figuring that the balloon would deflate in 2-3 days and we would be on our way back to $40. In which case, I can see those puts go back up to $2 and change each. Not bad for a small investment. So far, the exposure is very minimal since I only had 20 contracts filled.

As for shorting, decided that this was not the time to short the stock directly. Unlimited exposure and the Cook PR machine is too much for me. I've been lucky trading in and out in the past, but I don't count on the luck to hold out. I'd rather deal with cheap puts than risk a 25% run like today. Imagine if I had the customary 1-2k shares short. Ouch!
