Target Price, news, interview.... Here is why I bought some more shares of ZIXI today. I bought at pitiful 16 more shares at 49 today because I don't think we are going to be seeing these levels for very much longer. I felt really really comfortable paying almost 12 per share more than I did two weeks ago because of the www.radiowallstreet.com interview that confirmed everything I think is going to happen with this company. where you can get to the interview. Just look for D.H. Weinstein anlalyst for Feb. 23. You need RealPlayer to listen to the interview. It will blow your mind and really educate you about ZIXI. There are a lot of myths and rumors out there and this will set you straight. One of the biggest rumors it dispelled is that ZIXI is competing with VRSN. ZIXI is not competing with ZIXI. But I'll get more into that in a minute.
Some highlights for those of you who do not have Realplayer... AND THIS IS MY INTERPRETATION OF WHAT WAS SAID. ZixIt is competing with FedEx and UPS. At least one company has chosen to deliver documents by ZixMail rather than through overnight delivery. By 4th Qtr ZixIt
will have 120,000,000 in revenue and I think he said 100,000,000 in earnings. The analyst said ZixIt will be "the most profitable internet company in the world." That bears repeating... and caps.... THE MOST PROFITABLE INTERNET COMPANY IN THE WORLD. Plus he is basing all this
on ZixMail alone. Expect ZixIt to launch 12 to 13 other products. Take a look at insider purchases. Some used ZixIt as hedge trade against VRSN. But ZIXI is not competing with VRSN. ZIXI and VRSN are attacking different markets. You're talking about digital signature email vs digital certificates. Different markets and different users! ZixCharge product should be released in 2nd or 3rd Qtr and is not really all that important right now. Everything right now is based on the value fothe ZixMail product. Law firms deal with a lot of Fortune 500 companies and they will require corporate clients to use ZixMail.
The reason the stock is at 50 and not, say 500, is:
- no IPO in last 2 years
- had to be stealthy to keep competitors at bay by not letting competitors get a handle on their technology
- haven't done any road shows or sponsorship, this will all change in next 2 months
- CEO Cook envisions using ZixMail and other products like ZixCharge and ZixPack???? need for banking in 6 months. I'm not sure what the analyst meant by banking. Maybe another division of ZixIt or a deal with a financial institution???
Some companies will use ZixMail to replace FedEx. ZixMail got approval from the government (I'm not sure for what). The analyst has been following ZixIt for 1-1/2 months. They have a 6 month old price target of $230 based on capturing 2% of market for secure email. Again, they are not competing with VRSN, but VRSN had/has 2% of certificate market and look at their stock price. He joked that using this type of model ZIXI would be 1000 today but said he would not do that. Hmmmmm. Stuck to his $230 target price. But said that target price will be reevaluated on actual operations. Projecting 3 EPS - more than VRSN is supposed to make, but remember, VRSN is not a competitor.
Senator Gramm (I'm not sure which one, could be spelled Graham) said would seek use by government of the program. I'm not clear myself as to how the Senator has anything to do with ZixIt. Maybe someobody can find this out. Was ZixIt at Hacker Conference?
Analysts are waiting for David Cook to give them a model. Should happen within the next 3 weeks.
If this does not get you excited and make you drool, then I don't know what will. To me, this interview really got me excited. I have been investing in Sideware Systems (OTCBB: SDWSF) and switched to ZixIt (NASDAQ: ZIXI) because I think ZixIt is a once in a lifetime opportunity. After listening to this interview on www.radiowallstreet.com, I am convinced that this opportunity is very real. Please feel free to bring me back to my senses if you disagree. But I think it will be very hard for anyone to do that unless ZixIt stock price goes to 6. My personal thinking is that ZixIt will be trading at 90 or above by the end of the year. And I think that is a very conservative estimate. I think may stay in the 35 to 60 range while people are still figuring out what the heck ZixMail is, who ZixIt is, etc. But I think 90 is not too far off. ZIXI has been to 90 before. And if it has been to 90, it can get there again. And with analysts projecting ZixIt to go over 200, maybe 90 is a little too low for my own projection. All I can
say is that I have everything banking on ZIXI right now. So much for diversification! LOL No risk.... no reward.

Of course I am asking someone that probably never figured out how to download the ZixMail program, so I have serious reservations about your ability to download real player. But I thought you would be interested in at least reading what this guy had to say.
