Hi Jim:

Appreciate your comment on the possible bottoming of the Dow-S&P.

Is it time to start, on a small scale, picking up some value stocks?

I've had exceptionally good fortune with the Janus Global Technology (JAGTX) and and the Janus Global Life Sciences Fund (JAGLX). JAGTX has slowed somewhat in its advance but it is still making good increases. JAGLX is advancing at an unbelievable rate. I designed a (Yahoo type) spread sheet with a hypothetical purchase on December 31, 1999, of 1 share of each of the Janus Funds I follow.

Click the following URL to see it:

I am considering the placement of funds in the new Janus
Strategic Value Fund which opens February 29, 2000, when indeed it appears to be diligent. Perhaps the Value Fund is a good way to spread the risk of "value stocks" recovery.
Janus has had great success with the introduction of new funds.

Your comments, as always, are highly respected.

Bob
