In many ways, I prefer my Alternate Series ... sellnow.net ... which appears to interpret the short-term, volatile stretchmark differently ... it extends into Tuesday, but then finds a bottom.

I now recognize that this may be part of a 4th Wave (which is the results of a 3rd Wave extension). It not only helps me understand why I have had such a hard time trading in the past few weeks (I always do in 4th waves), it is structurally sound and acceptably devious (although I still place it in the "next most likely" slot).

Anyone who has watched my work for a while understands that "structurally sound" and "acceptably devious" are terms which I like to link together. They often leads to correct assumptions, for my trading purposes. It goes beyond expecting the unexpected. For me, it often explains the unexpected.

What does it mean in trading terms? It means we are finding a bottom, and "the money" is in the process of shaking the tree very hard, in order (a) to accumulate at a price that does not throw the market out of control in a crash, and (b) to keep most of the seats on the gravy train empty.

Obviously, neither my Preferred nor my Alternate series expect a "crash" at this stage ... although a move below 1250.00 (the Preferred) certainly is no picnic for the bulls.
