Hi Jack,

Adequate cash reserve is definitely on my mind and a priority. I feel that I have the stocks under control but have yet to make any adjustments on the m-funds. So far I have pulled nothing but Vealie's on the funds and this has been pretty consistent. In my mind it is hard to justify a sale with the track record Landis has over the past five years. One side of me is telling me that I should start some selling until they are back in line with the IW indicator and put the cash into one of the bond funds that the BB has discussed. The other side tells me why do it when I don't need to or at least wait for a down turn.

I'm open for any and all thoughts.

Last night we had a young man attend our meeting and at the end he told me he was ready to start AIMing. He asked me how much he needed to get started and I told him. Then I asked him where he was going to get it from and he said he would sell off part of a mutual fund. He then told me how much he had in the fund and that it was up 50%. I quickly told him that would be a mistake and he needed to find some new money in which to start is AIM program with.

Keith
