Merrill also set a new 12-month price objective of $60 on SCI, based on a P/E multiple of 40x their C2000 EPS estimate of $1.51. They commented that at less than 31x their C2000 EPS estimate, SCI Systems trades at close to a 30% discount to their EMS Universe.
